General Rules
On class days and at school functions pupils must wear the uniform prescribed for the season. Student should come to school clean and tidy. Pupils who are not correctly dressed and pupils whose general appearance does not conform to such regulations as the School prescribes will be penalized by the Principal I Coordinator.
Pupils who come late for school and those who have been absent on the previous day, must bring a letter of explanation from their parents. This must be countersigned by the Coordinator and the class teacher/teacher in class.
Pupils are strictly forbidden to leave the School premises during the regular school hours. Permission to do so may be granted only by the Principal/Coordinator.
pupils on their way to and from school are expected to conduct themselves in responsible manner.
Pupils are strictly forbidden to introduce objectionable substances or literature into School or to make purchases from unauthorised dealers in or near me schod premises.
During the absence of a teacher from the class. pupils must obey the monitor appointed to maintain good order.
Any kind of damage done to the School premises must be made good and be viewed seriously by the authorities. This may also lead to expulsion of the pupil.
Parents are expected to co-operate in the working of the School. particularly by enforcing punctuality, regularity and discipline, by showing interest in their children's progress and by extending the fullest encouragement to participation in co-curncular and extra-curricular activities. Parents should check the School diary regularly.
Pupils are not granted leave outside the regular vacation periods, except in cases of illness. Pupils who are not present in School on the day of closing and re-opening, Before and after vacations ( summer. Diwali, Dussehra and Christmas ) are liable to forfeit their places. Re-admission may be considered on a repayment of admission fee of Rs. 500/-. The names of the pupils who remain absent without written notice for two weeks shall be struck off the School register. On their return to school, if readmitted. the admission fee will be charged again.
The pupil must be present on both the opening and closing day. In case of absence due to illness, the Head of the Institution must be informed in writing on the closing and opening day. whichever is applicable.
A pupil who has been suffering from or who has been in contact with any infectious diseases must produce a certificate (from a competent authority) that he may attend school without the risk of conveying infection to others.
Only those pupils who have paid all school fees at the time of the Terminal Examinations are permitted to appear for the examination.
Irregular attendance. habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the School staff or bad moral influence: each and all justify dismissal.
Teachers in this School are not permitted to give private tuition to the pupils of this school.
Duplicate copies of a Transfer Certificate are not issued.
Mobile phones are not allowed in School and once confiscated will be returned only when the student passes out of class X / XII. No exchange of mobile phone will be permitted. So, make sure that your child does not carry it. It is allowed to only those who have taken prior permission of the principal / co-ordinator. The school is not responsible for any damage done to the phone.
No parent is to remain within the School premises after the bell rings at 7.35 am 18 Strict measures will be taken if any student is absent a week before the examinations.
Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal/Coordinator.
Parents are not permitted to enter any classroom.
After the term examinations, there may be a period of non-instructional days, which are not to be treated as holidays.
Every leave must be supported by an application. If it is for a day. the application should be sent to the Class Teacher, upto three days to the coordinator and for a longer period it should be sent to the Principal. If long leave is taken without permission, the student's name will be struck off.
Kindly ensure that the school fee is paid on time. Reminders cause unnecessary embarrassment to the child. Also ensure that the child comes to school in proper sc".1 uniform with the right time-table.
